Your first step is to make a strong mental commitment to improve your body. Then Kelli will become your personal success coach to assist you in making positive physical changes.
It starts by completing the comprehensive assessment forms that are conveniently sent to you online. The information that will be gathered includes your medical and health history, exercise history, eating log, lifestyle activity, goals, exercise preferences and more. Kelli will then evaluate your information and prepare for your first consultation together.
The initial consultation will be 90 minutes and consists of discussing your personalized success plan including eating, activity, behaviors and recovery. You will receive excerpts of Chapter 6 from Kelli's Feminine, Firm and Fit Program covering the topic called "Fuel your Body". The information in that chapter will give you the tools to eat healthful, lose unwanted fat, create positive eating habits and get healthy from a cellular level. You will leave this session empowered with the beginning steps to makeover your body and health.
The personalized exercise sessions are based on an hour and consist of a warm up, strength and or cardiovascular conditioning and stretching. Each session will be customized based upon your abilities and goals. Sessions are progressive to keep your body steadily improving, steer you clear of a plateau and completely avoid injury bringing you to a high level of health and performance.
Two individuals have the option of sharing an hour session and each will get a full body workout gaining the same benefits of a one on one session. Single sessions are one time only with no commitment for future sessions. A series of sessions reoccur on some regular basis which can be as little as once per month or as often as three times per week. Committing to a series offers a reduced rate per session.

Cancellation policy
24 hours notice via e-mail or voice mail to 817-490-1296 is required not to forfeit retainer fee. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the retainer will be applied to the missed session and a new retainer will be collected the following session.
Payments are due in full on the day of each service. A retainer is collected at the first session to be used towards the last session or in the event of a no show or last minute cancellation. If a retainer is applied to a session, a new retainer will be collected at the next session.
