"It is an honor to know and be trained by Kelli Calabrese. She has
changed my life. A good friend nearly died at 34 from a heart attack.
My body and lifestyle was heading in that direction. My pants were up
to 36", my weight 205 and body fat was 37! Yikes! I was eating fast
food several times a week and working out only sporadically. My LDL
cholesterol was high and I refuse to take the same high cholesterol
medication as my two brothers. Good habits of eating and working out
were not consistent since we had children 7 years ago. Whenever I did

had, EVERY DAY, in years. EVERYONE notices - family, friends, clients,
and associates. An added bonus, my wife starting following the same
eating regimen and lost over 20lbs too! I LOVE that! The past 6 months
have been the best investment I've ever made in myself and my family. I
can't imagine ever not having Kelli in my life. She loves what she does
and she changes peoples lives. She is always there for me
